If a getting about on two wheels is your idea of a great day out, then there are plenty of trails and safe cycling for all levels here. Bike hire for all the family is available from West Cornwall Bike Hire in nearby Hayle. For road cyclists, some of the best road cycling in Britain is right here on the doorstep.
Birdwatching
For the Ornithologists among you, we have two nature reserves on our doorstep. The Marazion Marshes and Hayle Estuary Nature Reserve. Both have a wide variety of wetland birds to see.
Boat Trips
A holiday in Cornwall wouldn’t be the same without taking a boat trip and seeing the beauty of the coast from the sea. Hourly boat trips are available every day from the nearby harbours of St Ives or Penzance. Get up close to playful Seals, dolphins, sunfish and maybe even a passing whale shark if you’re lucky.
